Perform revenue management and cost analysis for new/ existing customers. Review shipping patterns and characteristics to identify opportunities to increase yields, improve network density, and reduce costs. Continuously optimize the use of carriers for existing clients to optimize service and cost for client and for MVP. Identify improvement initiatives in freight solutions for clients and implement including negotiating customer specific pricing to support business growth for existing and new clients. Create proposals for new business combining a mix of carriers with the desired solution for individual clients. Build and regularly update the process mapping for supply chain functions in operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution and facilities.
