The role of the Business Applications Manager is a key component in the implementation and management of MVP Logistics business applications. You will be responsible for providing knowledge about optimizing these systems, as well managing projects that are related to their work span across various departments.

  • Understanding how various applications work
  • Documenting and communicating requirements for a smooth implementation process
  • Building, managing, and educating colleagues on a repeatable onboarding process when new technology is introduced to provide to customers
  • Building and maintaining a community of subject matter experts
  • Managing knowledgebase documentation
  • Being an advocate for our customers with our vendors
  • Monitoring customer feedback through email responses, phone calls, sales, customer care to gather information about their needs, then making sure you have enough resources on hand to bring about positive change
  • Providing guidance, while delivering the information needed to ensure accuracy of its use by others within our organization and clients that rely on our services
  • Organizing, managing, and keeping projects on track
